Foundations consists of 2 one-on-one sessions.
These one-on-one introductory sessions focus on the major functional movements used during Iron Fit classes. In these sessions you will work individually with a coach to learn proper mechanics for squats, deadlifts, presses, Olympic lifts, gymnastic movements, and plyometric movements. You will also learn how to properly modify movements to optimize your workouts based on your individual needs. Once your individual sessions are completed, your coach will help you transition to the class setting and continue to touch base and answer questions that come up.
We strongly urge members with no recent functional fitness experience to complete the Foundations sessions within the first month of your membership. These sessions are scheduled the first week of each month. Foundation sessions are mandatory before having full access to 24-hour open gym.
