Our needs for exercise at 55 years old and older vary only by degree, not kind. Everyone needs to be able to squat, deadlift, push, and pull for activities of daily living. With that being said, our legends class is very similar to our Iron-Fit class but includes more modifications and adjustments to ensure safety and proper exercise prescriptions. This group is full of individuals looking to stay fit for life in order to take the vacations they’ve always dreamed of, keep up with their kids and grandkids, stay living independently, and so much more!
